The photographer Elfie Semotan, who is primarily known for her portrait and fashion photography, has increasingly devoted herself to still life in recent years. For the exhibition at the Gerberhaus, she explores her immediate surroundings - situations around Jennersdorf, her own living and working spaces, as well as those of friends. Poetic moments and places that tell something special about the people who created them.

Gerberhaus

The last remaining community centre in Fehring built in this style was purchased by the municipality in 2002 for the purpose of establishing a cultural and communication centre and adapted and redesigned with the support of the Province of Styria from the revitalisation fund. The Kultur GerberHaus association has set itself the task of revitalising this building with high-quality events on visual arts, literature and music.
