MS Fusion ULTRA at MUR

After almost 17 years of artistic experiments on the subject of river cultures and phenomena on the Danube, the team behind the MS-FUSION A.I.R. has decided to discover new shores and test a new construction model. In the summer of 2025, there will be a temporary shipyard in Bad Radkersburg during the HochSommer Festival, where the new version of the MS-FUSION ULTRA will be built and tested. This mixture of research vessel and floating sculpture will be developed on the fly, without any concrete planning.
The team working on this sample, which is characterized by serendipity and improvisation, will surprise the audience as well as themselves with the results. But one thing is certain: ultralight, clumsy and initially without propulsion, the MS-FUSION ULTRA will drift downstream on rivers (this time on the Mur) from bubble to bubble to discover, examine and, if necessary, dissolve or burst them.
